Graduated in Oenology from UTAD, he works as an Oenologist and CEO. He grew up living his parents' dream, which soon became his own. Passionate about vineyards, he is a perfectionist and demanding. These characteristics are reflected in his work, resulting in unique and captivating wines.

Together with his older brother, José, they are the future of Casal da Fonte. Guilherme is studying tourism and Ana is finishing high school, but whenever they can, they make a point of helping the family in what is also their world. From harvesting grapes to labeling wine, they don't say no to anything!
