Tasting Notes
Garnet color with violet nuances. Intense aroma of ripe forest fruits, a touch of cloves enveloped by discreet but present wood. In the mouth it is balanced, combining the hints of spices and smoke from the aging in wood with notes of very ripe red fruit, almost jelly-like. Full-bodied, with an elegant structure, it finishes long and pleasant. Drink now or store, to better appreciate the reduction notes, resulting from the aging in the bottle. Consume at 16-18ºC.
